Indemnity: Buyers or user(s) agree to indemnify, defend and hold harmless Metro Marble & Granite Inc. its officers, agents, representatives, suppliers, vendors, insurers, employees, affiliates, and subcontractors from and against all losses, claims, liabilities, damages and expenses (including reasonable lawyer fees) on account of death or injury to any person or damage to and property associated directly or indirectly from or in connection with any products sold on this site.
Security: Metro Marble & Granite is committed to protecting your privacy. All on-line payments or correspondences are securely handled. We do not make your information available to any third parties, or anyone outside the proper department handling your payment.
Purchases: Prices do not include freight charges or sales, use, excise, or other taxes or customs duties, which, if applicable, is the sole liability of and shall be paid by the user(s).
Warranty: Metro Marble & Granite Inc extends to the original user(s); the products sold hereunder are free from defects in workmanship, a one (1) year warranty from the date of installation. We will replace or repair, at our own discretion, any products damaged by defective workmanship or faulty materials proven under normal service or use.
Returns: Services or Products purchased 7 days from the invoice date are non-returnable and non refundable installed or not. Tile returned within 15 days will encounter a restocking fee of 30% of the original purchase price. A written Returned Goods Authorization form must be accompanied by all returned products, and freight shall be prepaid by the user(s).
